Your trip, our pleasure
How we work:
OUR SERVICE & PRICING MODEL
Simple-Touky is a travel coordination service designed to make finding reliable private transport simple, transparent and stress-free.
To organize your journey, Simple-Touky charges the client an upfront service fee for the travel-planning and coordination service.
The drivers in our curated database are independent contractors who have been selected and verified by Simple-Touky according to our internal verification and trust criteria.
Simple-Touky does not take a commission from the drivers.
Our objective is to understand your requirements, identify a suitable driver and/or vehicle from our trusted network, and negotiate a fair transport price that works for both you and the driver.
IT'S SIMPLE and 100% transparent.
– Once the transport price has been agreed, the money for the driver's transport service goes directly to the driver.
– Simple-Touky's service fee is separate and is paid by the client for the organization and coordination of the journey.
– The amount is disclosed to you before you make any commitment, and it does not change afterward.
– Our team is always available to provide attentive, personalized, and responsive customer service before, during, and after your reservation.
